Connect your calendars and Hyprcore stops guessing what your meetings are. Events flow in from Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, and Apple Calendar, so recordings auto-pick up the right title, attendees, and conferencing link — and Hyprcore can offer to start recording the moment a meeting begins.
Apple Calendar is macOS-only and stays entirely on your Mac. Google and Microsoft calendars connect through your signed-in Hyprcore account.

What it does

  • Enriches meetings with the event’s title, attendee list, and Meet / Teams / Zoom link.
  • Auto-links recordings to the calendar event they belong to, so a meeting page knows which event it came from.
  • Surfaces a “Today” block on the home screen with the day’s events, one click from recording.
  • Offers to record as a scheduled meeting starts, instead of you reaching for the shortcut.

Connect a calendar

Open Settings → Calendar. Each provider has its own section.
1

Connect Google or Microsoft

Click Connect under Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar. Hyprcore opens your browser to authorize the account on app.hyprcore.ai. Sign in, grant access, and you’ll be returned to the app.
2

Add more accounts (optional)

Click Add account to connect a second Google or Microsoft account — handy for merging a work and a personal calendar into one view.
3

Grant Apple Calendar access (macOS)

Under Apple Calendar, click Request access. macOS prompts you the first time. Apple events stay on your device and are never synced to the Hyprcore cloud.
Once connected, each account row shows its status — Active, Needs reconnect, or Revoked — along with when it last synced and the next upcoming event.

Manage and sync

Hyprcore refreshes calendars automatically in the background. From Settings → Calendar you can also:
  • Sync now — click Refresh to pull the latest events immediately.
  • Reconnect — if an account shows Needs reconnect (its access expired or was revoked), click Reconnect to re-authorize.
  • Manage — opens your integrations on the web dashboard to review or remove access.

Today on the home screen

The Today block on the Hyprcore home screen lists the day’s calendar events. From there you can jump straight into recording a meeting, and you’ll see how many calendars are connected at a glance. If none are connected yet, it gives you a one-click Connect calendar shortcut.

How auto-linking works

When you record around the time of a calendar event, Hyprcore matches the recording to the closest event by comparing the meeting’s time window and conferencing link. A confident match links automatically; weaker matches are offered as suggestions so you can confirm the right one. The linked event is what supplies the meeting’s title and attendees.

Privacy

  • Google and Microsoft events sync through your Hyprcore account so they’re available across your devices.
  • Apple Calendar events never leave your Mac — they’re read locally through macOS and are not sent to the cloud.
Disconnect any account at any time from Settings → Calendar (or revoke Apple access in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars). New recordings simply stop enriching from that source.
