A meeting in Hyprcore is a wiki page. You can share it with someone outside Hyprcore via a public link, share it with your Hyprcore team, or export the contents.
Public link sharing requires a Pro or Team plan and an active Hyprcore Cloud account. Free accounts can’t generate share links yet.
1

Open the meeting

Click any meeting in your vault.
2

Click Share

Top-right of the meeting page.
3

Choose visibility

  • Anyone with the link. Read-only access for anyone who has the URL.
  • Specific people. Email-gated; they sign into Hyprcore to view.
4

Copy the link

Send it however you want—email, Slack, a calendar invite. The link opens at app.hyprcore.ai/<slug>.
You can revoke a link any time. Click Share → Stop sharing to immediately invalidate the URL.

Team access

If you’re on a Team plan, every meeting can be shared with the team in one click. Open the meeting → Share → Team. Team members see the meeting in their Team view in the dashboard. Team meetings are part of the team’s shared Knowledge Base, so anyone on the team can search across them and ask questions in session chat.

What’s on a shared page

By default, a public link includes:
  • The title and summary
  • The transcript (with speaker labels)
  • Your notes
  • Action items
It does not include:
  • The screen recording (audio/video files only sync if you’ve turned on Sync audio in Settings)
  • Anything you’ve marked private
You can toggle which sections appear in the share dialog before copying the link.

Export

To get the meeting out of Hyprcore entirely:
  • Markdown. Click Export → Markdown to download a .md file with the title, summary, transcript, and notes.
  • PDF. (Roadmap.)
  • JSON. Click Export → JSON for a machine-readable dump including timestamps, speaker labels, and action items. Useful for scripting.
For audio/video, files live at:
~/Library/Application Support/ai.hyprcore.desktop/recordings/<session-id>/
Copy them out directly from Finder.

MCP — share with AI tools

If you use Claude Desktop or Cursor, install the Hyprcore MCP server. It exposes your Knowledge Base (including all your meetings) so the assistant can read them directly. No copy-paste needed.
