Redeem a code

Open the redeem page

Go to app.hyprcore.ai/redeem. You can sign up or sign in right on this page—no need to create an account separately first. If you’re already signed in, the same flow lives at app.hyprcore.ai/dashboard/redeem.

Enter your code

Paste the code you received from AppSumo or wherever you got it. Click Redeem.

Confirm the plan change

Hyprcore shows what the code unlocks (plan tier, seats, credits, storage). Click Activate.
The plan applies immediately. Your desktop app refreshes entitlements within seconds.

AppSumo tiers

AppSumo deals come in tiers. Each tier maps to a different bundle of seats, credits, and storage. The redemption page shows what your specific code unlocks before you confirm. AppSumo plans are lifetime deals—pay once, use forever. They sit alongside Hyprcore’s Pro / Team subscriptions. Some differences:
  • AppSumo plans have their own monthly credit budgets, separate from Pro.
  • AppSumo plans can’t be upgraded through Stripe; to add seats or storage, stack additional AppSumo codes.
  • Future feature changes might be limited on grandfathered tiers; we’ll always honor what was promised at purchase.

Stack codes

If your AppSumo deal allows stacking (most do), you can redeem multiple codes on the same account. Each one bumps your tier:
  • 1 code → Tier 1
  • 2 codes → Tier 2
  • 3 codes → Tier 3
Three stacked codes is the maximum—Tier 3 is the top tier. Tiers add seats, credits, and storage. After each redemption the Redeem page shows your current tier and how many more codes you can still stack.

Refunds

For AppSumo refunds, follow AppSumo’s standard 60-day refund policy. Hyprcore can’t issue AppSumo refunds directly. For Stripe-purchased plans, see Plans and billing → Refunds.

Trouble with a code

  • “Code not recognized” — Check for typos or extra whitespace. Codes are usually 16+ characters, alphanumeric.
  • “Code already redeemed” — Each code is single-use. If you bought multiple, each goes to a separate account or stacks on the same one.
  • “Plan not found” — Old codes from removed deals can sometimes mismatch our current plans. Email support@hyprcore.ai with the code and your AppSumo order number; we’ll sort it out.
