Hyprcore has three plans. You can pick one, change anytime, and your local data stays put either way.

  • Basic dictation
  • 1 local speech model
  • Limited meeting recording
  • Local transcription only (no cloud STT)
  • 1 device
  • No cloud sync
  • No AI summaries on Hyprcore Cloud (you can still use BYO API keys)
  • No public share links
Bring your own API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, Deepgram, etc.) to avoid using credits—Free users can do this too. Credits are only spent when you use Hyprcore Cloud.

Upgrade

Go to the dashboard

app.hyprcore.ai/dashboard.

Click Upgrade

Pick Pro or Team. Hyprcore opens Stripe Checkout in a new tab.

Enter payment

Stripe handles the payment. After success, you’re redirected back to the dashboard with the new plan active.

Confirm in the desktop app

The desktop app refreshes entitlements automatically within seconds. If it doesn’t, Settings → Account → Refresh forces it.

Manage billing

Open the Billing tab in the web dashboard, then click Manage subscription. This opens Stripe’s customer portal where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • View invoices
  • Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Cancel
  • Apply a coupon (if you have one)

Downgrade or cancel

Downgrading from Pro/Team to Free:
  • Local meetings, notes, and dictation history stay on your Mac.
  • Cloud sync pauses—data already in the cloud is preserved for 30 days, then cleaned up.
  • Cloud STT stops; transcription continues with local models.
  • AI summaries fall back to BYO API keys (you’ll need to configure one).
  • Devices over the Free limit (1) are deactivated; pick which device to keep active in Devices.

Refunds

Hyprcore offers a 30-day refund on the first month of any paid plan. Email support@hyprcore.ai with your account email.
