Response times

  • Live chat: Real-time during business hours (US Pacific); offline messages within one business day.
  • Discord: Usually within an hour during business hours. The community often answers faster.
  • Email: Within one business day for Free and Pro users. Within four hours for Team plan priority support.

Filing a good bug report

Whichever channel you use, this is the information that gets you a fast fix:
  1. What you did. The exact sequence of clicks or keystrokes.
  2. What you expected. “Text should paste into Slack.”
  3. What happened instead. “Hyprcore crashed” / “Nothing pasted” / “It pasted into the wrong app.”
  4. Hyprcore version. Settings → About.
  5. macOS version. From Apple menu → About This Mac.
  6. Mac model and chip. “MacBook Pro 14”, M3 Pro, 36 GB.”
  7. Logs, if you can. Settings → Advanced → Open log directory. Zip the most recent log file and attach.
Crash logs are especially useful—Console.app → Crash Reports → most recent hyprcore entry.

Feature requests

Vote on the public roadmap at hyprcore.ai/roadmap or share ideas on Discord. New requests come into the same queue.
