Discord: Usually within an hour during business hours. The community often answers faster.
Email: Within one business day for Free and Pro users. Within four hours for Team plan priority support.
Filing a good bug report
Whichever channel you use, this is the information that gets you a fast fix:
What you did. The exact sequence of clicks or keystrokes.
What you expected. "Text should paste into Slack."
What happened instead. "Hyprcore crashed" / "Nothing pasted" / "It pasted into the wrong app."
Hyprcore version. Settings → About.
macOS version. From Apple menu → About This Mac.
Mac model and chip. "MacBook Pro 14", M3 Pro, 36 GB."
Logs, if you can. Settings → Advanced → Open log directory. Zip the most recent log file and attach.
Crash logs are especially useful—Console.app → Crash Reports → most recent hyprcore entry.
Feature requests
Vote on the public roadmap at hyprcore.ai/roadmap or share ideas on Discord. New requests come into the same queue.
