Team
A Team plan supports up to 3 members with shared storage, a shared AI token budget, and shared access to meetings.
Note: Team plans are fixed at 3 seats. For larger teams or custom seat counts, contact support@hyprcore.ai.
Set up a team
When you upgrade to Team:
You become the team owner automatically.
You can invite up to 2 more members.
Storage and the AI token budget become a single shared pool.
Invite members
Open the team page
app.hyprcore.ai/dashboard/team (Admin only.)
Click Invite member
Enter their email, choose a role, set a device allowance.
Send the invite
The invitee gets an email with a sign-up link. Pending invitations appear in the Team page until they accept or expire (default: 14 days).
Roles
A team has three roles. There is exactly one owner per team.

The owner can do everything an admin can, plus manage billing, promote or demote admins, delete the team, and transfer ownership. You can promote any member to admin, but only the owner holds those owner-only powers.
Transfer ownership
Ownership can be handed to another team member. The current owner is demoted to admin and the chosen member becomes the new owner in a single step, so the team is never left without an owner. This is the way to change who controls billing—for example, when the original owner leaves.
Share meetings
By default, meetings are private to the person who recorded them. To share with the team:
Open the meeting in the desktop app or web.
Click Share → Team.
The meeting appears in every team member's "Team" view.
Team members with access can:
Read the transcript, summary, and notes
Comment on the meeting
Search across team meetings in the knowledge base
Use session chat over the team's meetings
Shared knowledge base
Team-shared meetings are searchable across the team. Each member sees the meetings shared with the team plus their own private ones, and can search and chat over that combined set in the knowledge base.
Shared AI tokens
The team's monthly AI token budget (12,500,000 by default) is shared across all members. Anyone using Hyprcore Cloud AI—for summaries, action items, or chat—draws from the same pool. The dashboard shows the shared usage.
If you run out before the month resets, you can:
Wait for the next monthly reset
Buy a one-time token pack (Billing → Buy tokens)—purchased tokens never expire
Switch some workloads to local models or BYO keys to ease pressure
Audit log
Every team has an append-only audit log that records team actions—invitations, role changes, member removals, ownership transfers, and more. Owners and admins can review it to see who did what and when. The log is written by Hyprcore's servers only, so entries can't be edited or deleted by members.
Devices
Each Team plan comes with 6 device slots (2 per seat by default). The admin can allocate them flexibly—for example, give one heavy user 3 devices and another 1.

Remove a member
In the Team page, click the ⋯ next to a member → Remove. They lose access immediately. Their personal meetings stay on their Mac; team-shared meetings stay in the team.
The owner can't be removed directly. To hand the team to someone else, transfer ownership first—the former owner becomes an admin and can then be removed like any other member.
